Pack Your Items

Securely package your electronics to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the outside of the package with your provided RMA number.

Ship and Refund

Send the package back to our warehouse; once our engineers have inspected the return, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement within 5 working days.
