How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

We typically aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1-2 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally and what about customs fees?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that for international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes governed by your local customs authority.

What is your return policy for faulty components?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If you believe a component is faulty, please contact our support team with a description of the issue and any relevant photos or code snippets.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we process orders quickly, we can only make changes or cancellations if the order has not yet reached our packing stage. Please contact us immediately via our support portal.

Do you offer technical support for Raspberry Pi and Arduino projects?

While we cannot write code for your specific project, we provide extensive tutorials, libraries, and a community forum to help you get started with any Pimoroni-manufactured boards.
